008/365.

Tuesday, January 8th.
We lost the handles to your sippy cup. I thought we would need to go buy another set,
but you quickly taught yourself how to use it without them.

Wednesday, January 9th.
It felt more like a fall day than a winter day, so we went for a long bike ride in the neighborhood
and stopped at the play ground. We see a lot of geese fly over this time of year because we live so close to the river. You were focusing on finding them in this picture.

Thursday, January 10th.
Grampa got you these Mega blocks for Christmas. As much as I hate plastic toys, I knew you would love these. We keep them under the kitchen sink and pull them out when we're trying to cook or do dishes. You haven't started building things with them yet, but you love to dump them all out and put them back in the bag. Papa built you a 'flying car' today and you were amazed.

Friday, January 11th.
The first time I noticed you doing this with your feet, I couldn't stop laughing.
Papa does this same thing when he's sitting down.

Saturday, January 12th.
You love bath time! As a side note, I'm so excited about this picture.
I've been trying to teach myself how to use the manual settings on my camera (as a part of my New Years resolutions
and this is the first shot that I've gotten and been really happy with.

Sunday, January 13th.
Every time Papa is working in the backyard, you stand at the door and squeal and yell and knock on the glass.
You'll be walking by this summer and I can't wait to watch you follow him around outside all day.

Monday, January 14th.
"You're really good. I mean you're like a hundred thousand times better than like any [rice cracker] I've ever had. I'm not super [woman], but I'm super [baby] and you're super [rice cracker]. You're so tasty.
You're so organic, so natural. You're the [cracker] of my eye."

    1. I love it too! Lol. It kind of looks like she has perpetual bed head, but oh well. We call her 'turk' like the gorilla from Tarzan because of it. :)
