085/365.

Tuesday, March 26th.
It's been unusually cold outside the last few days, so I thought we would get out of the house and go to the aquarium.
We had a lot of fun, but you were really more interested in the bigger kids than you were in the fish.

Wednesday, March 27th.
We got a kombucha kit in the mail today and
you had tons of fun swishing the packing peanuts around and throwing them out of the box.
They were made of corn, so they would dissolve in your mouth and you thought that was interesting.

Thursday, March 28th.
Your innocence and playfulness are on the surface most of the time, but every now and then you will do something
like sit in the stillness of morning and just look out the door and I will see this old soul inside of you.
Since the day you were born you've always had a side of you that is the quiet observer.
Don't get me wrong, you can be loud like the rest of the kids your age, but sometimes I see the philosopher,
the deep thinker inside of you and I love to just sit and watch this side of you process the world.

Friday, March 29th.
We planted a fig tree in the backyard today and you thought the big hole was for you to play in.

Saturday, March 30th.
Spaghetti night is your favorite. You were so focused on eating I couldn't get you to look at the camera.

Sunday, March 31st.
Papa bought you your very own patio chair for Easter. You love it.

Monday, April 1st.
While you took your first steps a few weeks ago, you still refuse to actually walk,
but you like to practice by pushing this around the yard.

    1. A lot of people here complain about how small it is, but we love it! It's manageable with her and they have special little places like his all over!

      And thank you. :)

  3. Love the aquarium pictures, so pretty. She is getting so big! Riggs is just now starting to walk for real (at 16 months) and he took his first steps over a month ago.

    1. She really is. I'm trying to catch up and these were taken in April. You should see her now! She is really getting around on her own and getting so tall!
